The hotel's staff are very amiable. The location it offers is absolutely perfect, right by which was a 2-minute ride from the motel and store and Sylva for restaurant and store. Also, it's 5 minutes by car from Cullowhee Umc.

The room was immaculate and spacious with a window that opened onto mountain. The bathroom was particularly good, with a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets.

Great base for 2 nights with outstandingly accommodating and amiable staff at check-out. Brand-new and fairly quiet rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave. Paid US$ 89. 10 minutes walk to a bus station.

This place served as a good home base to explore the area, and I enjoyed my stay, especially the possibility of having a hot breakfast included; everything was fantastic.

Convenient Location 🌲

This place is nicely situated close to the mountains and Sylva, just a quick 2-minute ride away from the motel. It's also only a 25-minute walk from Cullowhee Umc, which is quite convenient.

The hotel offered good prices. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. - the location was stunning, very close to Sylva, restaurants, and shops.

The front desk was friendly and gave helpful suggestions. Rooms had a nice view and were clean. Bed was comfortable, AC and amenities worked well. Late check-in was easy and staff was accommodating. Pet-friendly policy was a plus.

The rooms here were super clean and looked like they had just been renovated. They even had a yummy hot breakfast and a relaxing hot tub to chill out in 😌. As for the location, it was great - close to lots of restaurants, shops, and also really near Western Carolina University.

We really enjoyed our stay at the University Inn. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and made us feel welcome. The housekeeping staff was just as friendly and kept the room clean and ready for us upon arrival. The location of the inn was perfect as it was close to the university. we had a great experience.

The room felt warm, but that was really nothing to complain about.
